Join us for the 2nd Annual A Wishful Evening, an inspiring celebration of the Make-A-Wish mission and the life-changing impact of wishes for children in Southern Delaware facing critical illnesses.

This special evening will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Children’s Beach House in Lewes, DE. Set against the beautiful coastal backdrop, the event brings together community leaders, philanthropists, and supporters for a meaningful night dedicated to granting hope, strength, and joy through wishes.

Co-chaired by Mark Hutton and Laura Sugrue, A Wishful Evening will feature an elevated experience including gourmet hors d’oeuvres, a curated silent auction, and heartfelt stories from local wish families whose lives have been forever changed by a wish.

Guests will connect with others who share a passion for making a difference, all while supporting wish-granting efforts throughout Southern Delaware. Every contribution helps create transformational moments for children when they need them most.
